ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. Z-88-11. BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: 1. That a portion of the Zoning Map attached to and made a part of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, 1973, which now zones as Residential R-75 the property described in Petition for Zoning Amendment No. Z-88-11 is hereby amended and changed so as to show said property zened as Office Residential OR-75-K Conditional. 2. The property affected by this ordinance is described as fellows: Z-88-11 BEGINNING at the southwest corner of Portsmouth Boulevard and Haysom Street; thence south along the west right-of-way of Haysom Street 401' ~; thence west 201' t;-thence northwest 87~25'; thence north 3~5' to the south right-of-way line of Portsmouth Boulevard; thence east along said right-of-way 204' L to Haysom Street, the Point of Beginning. upon only 3. Zoning Amendment Ordinance Z-88-11 is conditioned the following: (a) The property described herein shall be used for the development and operation of a funeral home. (b) The funeral home shall be constructed in ~ accordance with the Preliminary Site Plan entitled "Snellings Funeral Home" prepared by Hassell & Folkes, P. C., on file with the appropriate officials of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, and designated as Z-88-11, such site plan being made a part hereof subject to such changes as the Planning Department and the applicant may agree upon or be a requirement of the issuance of a building permit in order to assure compliance with the applicable ordinance, laws and regulations of the City.
