AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $20,000. FROM THE CAPITAL <br />IMPROVEMENT FUND FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE HIGH STREET FERRY <br />DOCK. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, that the sum of Twenty Thousand and 00/100 <br />(S20,000.)
