The reasons for <br />adjustments include, but are not limited to: <br /> <br />1. Performance recognition, positive or negative; <br /> <br />2. Approval of departmental requests for special <br /> salary actions, positive or; negative; <br /> <br />3. Correction of verified errors in application of <br /> the Pay Plan. <br /> <br />(e) Application <br /> <br />The Director of Personnel ~s responsible for application <br />of the Compensation and Salary Adjustment section as it <br />relates to the three parts of this Pay Plan: <br /> <br />1. REGULATIONS FOR ADMINISTRATION <br /> <br />2. CLASSES OF POSITIONS ASSIGNED TO PAY G~tDES <br /> <br />3.
