demonstration purposes, equip such vehicles with colored <br />warning lights. <br /> <br /> (i) The provisions of this section limiting interior <br />lights to no more than fifteen (15) candlepower shall not <br />apply to alternating, blinking, or flashing colored emergency <br />lights mounted inside law-enforcement motor vehicles which <br />may ozherwise legally be equipped with such colored emergency <br />lights. <br /> <br /> (j) Any person violating any of the provisions of this <br />section shall be guilty of a Class 1 misdemeanor. <br /> <br /> (k) Unless device is <br />illuminated, no motor vehicle which is equipped with any <br />lighting device other than lamps required or permitted in <br />this article or required or approved by the superintendent <br />required by the federal department of transportation shall <br />operated on any highway in the city. Operating boats under influence of <br /> intoxicants prohibited, penalties. <br /> <br /> No person shall operate any motorboat or vessel on any <br />of the waters of the city while under the influence of <br />alcohol, any narcotic drug, or other self-administered <br />intoxicant of drug or whatsoever nature, or any combination <br />of such alcohol, intoxicants or drugs, to a degree which <br />impairs his ability to operate the motorboat or vessel <br />safely. <br /> <br /> Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of <br />this section shall be guilty of a Class 1 misdemeanor. <br /> <br /> 3. That this ordinance shall take effect on July 1, <br />1988. <br /> <br /> <br />
