FROM THE CAPITAL <br />IMPROVEMENT FUND FOR THE DOUGLAS PARK STREET IMPROVEMENTS <br />PROJECT, PHASE II. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, that the sum of Five Hundred Forty-Two Thousand, <br />Five Hundred Forty-Seven and 00/100 ($542,547.)
