BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, reserves unto itself perpetual easements, rights.and <br />privileges to install, maintain, operate, and replace gas <br />mains, sewer mains, sewer drains, sanitary sewers, storm <br />drains, water mains and laterals, electric power lines and <br />telephone lines within, over, under and across those portions <br />of the hereinabove named streets. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of portsmouth, <br />Virginia, at a meeting held May 24, 1988. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
