(b) The outdoor play area must be a minimum of 4000 <br />square feet and enclosed by a five (5) foot high wood privacy <br />fence. The play area must be improved with fill dirt and <br />grass and dumpsters may not be permitted within the play area' <br />and where located must be screened from public view.
