(3) This use permit is approved subject to the <br />following conditions: <br /> <br /> (a~). No more than seven (7) persons may reside <br />the facility at any given time. <br /> <br /> (b) No more than three (3) persons shall be <br />employed on each shift at the facility. <br /> <br /> (c) The facility must be inspected by the City <br />Fire Prevention Bureau, Health Department, and Building <br />Department prior to occupancy. <br /> <br /> (d) The applicants shall comply with all <br />applicable codes, ordinances, and regulations of federal, <br />state, and local governments, and shall obtain all necessary <br />licenses and permits. <br /> <br /> (e) The use permit is issued <br />Kearney and Mrs. India N.
