AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE CODE OF THE CITY OF PORTSMOUTH, <br />VIRGINIA, 1988, BY AMENDING SECTION 25-202, THEREOF, <br />PERTAINING TO FEES FOR USE OF THE NATIONAL GUARD ARMORY. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia: <br /> <br /> 1. That ~25-205 of the Code of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, be amended and reordained to read as follows: <br /> <br />Section 25-202. Fees - established. <br /> <br /> The following fees shall be charged for the use of the <br />Armory: <br /> <br /> (1) For use by a nonprofit organization or private <br />individual: Four hundred and fifty dollars ($450.00) per day <br />or any fraction thereof. <br /> <br /> (2) For us by a commercial organization: Seven hundred <br />fifty dollars (S750.00) per day or any fraction thereof. <br /> <br /> (3) As used herein, a day shall be defined as a period <br />of eight (8) hours beginning at the time the permitee is <br />granted access to the Armory. Additional hours, or fraction <br />thereof, shall be charged by multiplying the number of <br />additional hours and the hourly rate as established by <br />subparagraph (1) or (2) of this section ($450.00 or $750.00 <br />divided by eight) plus Twenty-five dollars ($25.00). <br /> <br />2.
