ZONING AMENDMENT ORDINANCE Z-89-16 <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia: <br /> <br /> 1. That a portion of the Zoning Map attached to and <br />made a part of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, 1988, which now zones as R-75 Residential the <br />property described in Petition for Zoning Amendment Z-89-16, <br />is hereby amended and changed as to show said property zoned <br />as Commercial C-2, and that said property is hereby zoned as <br />Commercial C-2. <br /> <br /> 2. The property affected by this Ordinance is described <br />as follows: <br /> <br />Z-89-15 <br /> <br /> BEGINNING on the east right-of-way line of <br />Twin Pines Road a distance of 285'+ from its <br />intersection with the south right-Of-way line of <br />Gateway Drive; thence easterly 750'+ to a point; <br />thence southerly 25'; thence westerTy 760.41' ~o <br />the east right-of-way line of Twin Pines Road; <br />thence northerly along said line 25' to the point <br />of beginning. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, at a meeting held September 26, 1989. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />.City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
