Any Subscriber who has paid in advance for <br /> the next billing period and who requests disconnection from <br /> <br /> .- <br /> service shall receive a prorated refund of any amounts paid <br /> <br /> in advance. <br /> <br /> C. Grantee shall notify a Subscriber at leas= ten <br />(10) days prior to disconnecting service to said Subscriber <br />for non-payment of service fees.
