Upon thirty (30) days written <br />notice, the City shall have the right to inspect during <br />normal business hours all maps, plans, financial statements <br />necessary to verify gross revenues, service complaint logs, <br />performance test results and record of requests for service <br />and other like materials of Grantee which relate to <br />customer service and construction related requirements of <br />this Franchise. <br /> <br /> 8.02 Confidentiality. CONSUMER PROTECTION PROVISIONE <br /> 9.01 Basic Service Rate Changes. <br /> <br /> A. Initial Rates. The initial rates and charges for <br />Basic Service and Pay Television are set forth in Exhibit <br />"D."
