ZONING AMENDMENT ORDINANCE Z-89-4 BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: 1. That a portion of the Zoning Map attached to and made a part of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, 1988, which now zones as Commercial C-2, Residential R-75-K (Conditional), and Residential R-100-K (Conditional), the property described in petftion for Zoning Amendment No. Z-89-4 is hereby amended so as to show Parcel 1 and 2 of said property zoned as Commercial C-2, Parcel 3 and 4 thereof as Residential R-75-K (Conditional), Parcel 5 as Residential R-75-K (Conditional), Parcel 6 thereof as Residential R-100, Parcel 7 thereof as Residential R-100, Parcel 8 thereof as Residential R-75-K (Conditional), Parcel 9 thereof as Commercial C-2-K (Conditional), Parcel 10 thereof as Residential R-75-K (Conditional) and Parcel 11 thereof as Residential R-75-K (Conditional). 2. The property affected by this ordinance is described as follows: PARCEL 1 Beginning at the northeast intersection of Twin Pines Road and Gateway Drive; thence northeasterly along the east right-of-way of Twin Pines Road 1,143'+ to a point; thence southeasterly 530T+ to a point; thence southwesterly 860'~ to the center line of Gateway Drive; thence east along said center line 300'+ to a point; thence south 250'~ to a point; thence westerly 160'+ to a point; thence west 285'+ to a point; thence~westerly 600'+ to the east -- right-of-way of Twin Pines ~oad; thence northeast along said right-of-way 360'+ to the point of beginning. -- PARCEL 2 Beginning on the east right-of-way of Twin Pines Road 275'+ south from its intersection with the south right~of-way of Gateway Drive and thence running easterly 600'+ to establish the true point of beginning; thence east 285'+ to a point; thence south 160'+ to a point; thence south 150'+ to a point; ~hence westerly 480'+ to the true p~int of beginning. --
