AN ORDINANCE TO ~4END SECTION 13 (a) (2) OF THE CITY OF <br />PORTSMOUTH, VIRGINIA, CLASSIFICATION AND PAY PLAN (ORDINANCE <br />NO. 1989-47), PERTAINING TO SALARIES FOR UNCLASSIFIED <br />POSITIONS. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of <br />Virginia: <br /> <br /> 1. That Section 13 (a) (2) of Ordinance No. <br />City of Portsmouth, Virginia, Classification and <br />amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />Section 13. Salaries for unclassified positions. <br /> <br /> (a) <br />position <br /> <br /> (2) <br /> <br /> 2.
