ZONING AMENDMENT ORDINANCE Z-88-i3 BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: 1. That a portion of the Zoning Map attached to and made a part of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, 1973, which now zones as Residential R-150 the property described in Petition to Zoning Amendment No. Z-88-13 is hereby amended and changed so as to show Parcel 1 of said property zoned as Commercial C-2-K (Conditional), Parcel 2 thereof as Office Residential OR-75-K (Conditional) and Parcel 3 thereof as Residential R-75-K (Conditional). 2. The property affected by this ordinance is described as follows: Parcel 1 (Commercial C-2-K Conditional) BEGINNING at a point 231' ~ northwest from the southwest intersection of H~gh Street, West and Garland Drive; thence southwest and running parallel to Garland Drive a distance of 500' + to a point; thence northwest 1,050' + to the east right-of-way of the Seaboard Coast Line Railroad; thence northerly along said right-of-way 450' to the property belonging to the Churchland Masonic Lodge; thence east along said property line 150' +; thence north along said property line 200' + To the south right-of-way of High Street, West? thence in a southeasterly direction along said right-of-way 995.19' to the Point of Origin; from Residential R-150 to Commercial C-2-K Conditional. Parcel 2 (Office Residential OR-75-K Conditional) BEGINNING at the southwest intersection of High Street, West and Garland Drive; thence southwest along the west right-of-way of Garland Drive 419.59' to a point; thence west 225' to a point; thence north and running parallel to Garland Drive 500' + to the south right-of-way of High Street, West; Thence southeast along said right-of-way 231' ~ to Garland Drive, the Point of Origin; from ReSidential R-150 to Office Residential OR-75-K Conditional.
