ZONING AMENDMENT ORDINANCE Z-88-i3 <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia: <br /> <br /> 1. That a portion of the Zoning Map attached to and made <br />a part of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, 1973, which now zones as Residential R-150 the <br />property described in Petition to Zoning Amendment No. Z-88-13 <br />is hereby amended and changed so as to show Parcel 1 of said <br />property zoned as Commercial C-2-K (Conditional), Parcel 2 <br />thereof as Office Residential OR-75-K (Conditional) and Parcel <br />3 thereof as Residential R-75-K (Conditional). <br /> <br /> 2. The property affected by this ordinance is described <br />as follows: <br /> <br />Parcel 1 (Commercial C-2-K Conditional) <br /> <br /> BEGINNING at a point 231' ~ northwest from <br />the southwest intersection of H~gh Street, West <br />and Garland Drive; thence southwest and running <br />parallel to Garland Drive a distance of 500' + to <br />a point; thence northwest 1,050' + to the east <br />right-of-way of the Seaboard Coast Line Railroad; <br />thence northerly along said right-of-way 450' to <br />the property belonging to the Churchland Masonic <br />Lodge; thence east along said property line 150' <br />+; thence north along said property line 200' + <br />To the south right-of-way of High Street, West? <br />thence in a southeasterly direction along said <br />right-of-way 995.19' to the Point of Origin; from <br />Residential R-150 to Commercial C-2-K <br />Conditional. <br /> <br />Parcel 2 (Office Residential OR-75-K Conditional) <br /> <br /> BEGINNING at the southwest intersection of <br />High Street, West and Garland Drive; thence <br />southwest along the west right-of-way of Garland <br />Drive 419.59' to a point; thence west 225' to a <br />point; thence north and running parallel to <br />Garland Drive 500' + to the south right-of-way of <br />High Street, West; Thence southeast along said <br />right-of-way 231' ~ to Garland Drive, the Point <br />of Origin; from ReSidential R-150 to Office <br />Residential OR-75-K Conditional. <br /> <br /> <br />
