AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $52,900. FROM THE PUBLIC UTILITY <br />CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND FOR ENGINEERING AND DESIGN SERVICES <br />FOR 8,400 FEET OF 24 INCH AND 16 INCH WATER MAIN IN THE <br />BRIGHTON/SOUTH PORTSMOUTH AREA. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, that the sum of Fifty-Two Thousand, Nine Hundred and <br />00/100 ($52,900.)
