Inspection for temporary <br /> release <br /> <br />Mobile homes or trailers see <br /> addition or repair schedule <br /> and services. <br /> <br />15.00 <br /> <br />Section 7-136. Same-Elevator permits and inspections. <br /> <br /> For periodic inspections made on elevators, dumbwaiters, <br />moving stairs, moving walks and manlifts in accordance with <br />the building code, the fee shall be as follows: <br /> <br />(1) Seventy-five dollars ($75.00) for the <br /> five (5) year test and inspection. <br /> <br />(2) <br /> <br />Fifty dollars ($50.00 for the periodic <br />inspection. <br /> <br />(3) <br /> <br />Fifty dollars ($50.00 for the <br />annual inspection. <br /> <br />Section 7-138. Same-Demolition permits and inspections. <br /> <br />(a) The fee for demolition permits shall be <br /> follows: <br /> <br />(1) For any residential accessory <br /> building $15.00 <br /> <br />(2) For one-and two-family <br /> residences <br /> <br />$20.00 <br /> <br />(3) For all' other buildings or <br /> structures <br /> <br />$25.00 <br /> <br />(b) <br /> <br />The person obtaining a demolition permit shall <br />be responsible for sealing the building or <br />structure's sanitary sewer lateral at the <br />property line or cleanout. Such seal shall be <br />constructed with three thousand (3,000) PSI <br />(minimum) compression strength concrete in <br />accordance with the department of public <br />utility standards. A fee of twenty-five <br />dollars ($25.00) shall be paid for inspection <br />of the seal by the city. The seal shall not be <br />covered until inspected and approved. The <br />responsibility for safeguarding the excavation <br />made for sealing the lateral until inspection <br />and for adequately backfilling such excavation <br />after inspection and acceptance shall be borne <br />by the demolition permit holder. The person <br />obtaining a demolition permit may elect to have <br /> <br /> <br />
