AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $142,842.00 FROM THE CAPITAL <br />IMPROVEMENT FUND FOR THE CONVERSION OF SOUTH STREET TO <br />UNDERGROUND ELECTRIC SERVICE. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, that the sum of One Hundred Forty-Two Thousand, <br />Eight Hundred Forty-Two and 00,/100 ($142,842.00) Dollars be, <br />and the same hereby is, appropriated from the Capital <br />Improvement Fund for the final payment of charges assessed by <br />Virginia Power on the conversion of South Street to <br />underground electric service in 1987. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, at a meeting held November 13, 1990. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
