AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND SECTION 13 (a) (4) OF THE CITY OF <br />PORTSMOUTH, VIRGINIA, CLASSIFICATION AND PAY PLAN (ORDINANCE <br />NO. 1990-43), PERTAINING TO SALARIES FOR UNCLASSIFIED <br />POSITIONS. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia: <br /> <br /> 1. That Section 13 (a) (4) of Ordinance No. 1990-43, <br />the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, Classification and Pay Plan <br />be amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />Section 13. Salaries for unclassified positions. <br /> <br /> (a) The annual salary of the following unclassified <br />position shall be the amount stated herein: <br /> <br />(2) City Clerk $42,782 <br /> <br /> 2.
