ZONING AMENDMENT ORDINANCE Z-90-7 <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia: <br /> <br /> 1. That a portion of the Zoning Map attached to and <br />made a part of the Zoning Ordinance of the City-of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, 1988, which now zones as Industrial M-1 the property <br />described in the petition for Zoning Amendment Z-90-7 is <br />hereby amended and changed so as to show said property zoned <br />as Residential R-60-K (Conditional). <br /> <br /> The property affected by this Ordinance is described as <br />follows: <br /> <br />Z-90-7 <br /> <br /> Beginning at the southeast intersection of the <br />rights-of-way of Airline Boulevard and Laigh Road; <br />thence south along the east right-of-way line of <br />Laigh Road a distance of 673.65'+ to the north <br />right-of-way line of the Seaboar~ Coast Line <br />Railroad; thence east along said right-of-way <br />120'+; thence north 645'+ to the south right-of-way <br />line--of Airline Boulevard; thence west along said <br />right-of-way line 120'+ to the east right-of-way <br />line of Laigh Road, th~ point of origin. <br /> <br /> 2. Zoning Amendment Ordinance Z-90-7 is conditioned <br />upon the following as proffered by the petitioner: <br /> <br /> (a) Development of ~he property shall consist only <br />of detached, single-family housing and related accessory <br />structures. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, at a meeting held August 28, 1990. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
