UP-90-9 <br /> <br /> Beginning on the east right-of-way line of <br />Frederick Boulevard at a point 315'~ southeast from <br />its intersection with the south right-of-way line of <br />South Street; thence southeast along the east <br />right-of-way line of Frederick Boulevard a distance <br />of 340'+ to a point; thence east 135'+ to the west <br />right-of-way line of Hamilton Avenue;--thence north <br />along said right-of-way line 455'+ to a point; <br />thence west 300'+ to a point; thence south 165'~ to <br />the east right-of-way line of Frederick Boulevard, <br />the point of origin. <br /> <br />This use permit is approved subject to the following <br />conditions: <br /> <br />(a <br /> <br />Ail ingress to the site must be restricted to <br />Frederick Boulevard and all egress from the <br />site must be restricted to Hamilton Avenue. <br /> <br />(b <br /> <br />A minimum of five (5) on-site parking spaces <br />must be provided. <br /> <br />(c <br /> <br />A minimum of three (3) loading spaces must be <br />provided. Ail loading spaces must meet the <br />dimensional requirements of Section 40-49 of <br />the Zoning Ordinance. <br /> <br />(d <br /> <br />Loading spaces shall be restricted to the area <br />shown in Exhibit 1, attached hereto and made a <br />part hereof, and shall be designed so that <br />vehicles do not block or interfere with traffic <br />flow. <br /> <br />(e <br /> <br />The building interior traffic lane labeled <br />"Aisle" on Exhibit 1 shall be restricted to <br />one-way traffic. A ten (10) foot wide parking <br />lane must be provided along the interior lane. <br /> <br />(f <br /> <br />The storage of hazardous materials such <br />toxic or explosive substances shall be <br />prohibited. <br /> <br />Outside storage is prohibited. <br /> <br />as <br /> <br />(h) <br /> <br />A parking and circulation plan must be <br />submitted to and approved by the City Traffic <br />Engineer. <br /> <br /> <br />
