55 <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION GRANTING A USE PERMIT TO INDIAN RIVER BOWL, <br />INC. TO OPERATE A STORAGE WAREHOUSE AT 1001 FREDERICK <br />BOULEVARD. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, J. T. Mitchum, Jr. and C. D. Mitchum, Jr., on <br />behalf of Indian River Bowl, Inc., have made application <br />pursuant to Section 40-71(b) of the Code of the City of <br />Portsmouth, Virginia, 1988, to operate a storage warehouse at <br />1001 Frederick Boulsvard; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the applicants and the Planning Director have <br />done all things required to be done in connection with said <br />application; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has recommended the <br />granting of sa~d use permit with conditions. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City <br />of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br />That the use for which the use permit hereinafter <br />described is sought: <br /> <br />(a) <br /> <br />(b) <br /> <br />Will not adversely affect the health and <br />of persons residing and working in the <br />neighborhood of the proposed use; <br /> <br />safety <br /> <br />Will not be detrimental to the public use or <br />injurious to the property and improvements in <br />the neighborhood; and <br /> <br />(c) Will be in accordance with the purposes of the <br /> Zoning Chapter of the City Code. <br /> <br />That Indian River Bowl, Inc. is hereby granted a use <br />permit pursuant to Section 40-71(b) of the Code of <br />the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, to operate a <br />storage warehouse at 1001 Frederick Boulevard, such <br />site being more particularly described as follows: <br /> <br /> <br />
