NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City <br />of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br />That it is appropriate and in the public interest that an <br />Enhanced Security Services Program be carried out in the <br />City of Portsmouth Public Housin~ neighborhoods. <br /> <br />2. That the Plan complies with, and shall promote the public <br /> purpose of, the provision of 24 CFR 570.20tle)(1)(2)(3). <br /> <br />3. That the Enhanced Security Services Program having been <br /> reviewed and considered, be and hereby is, approved in <br /> all respects. <br /> <br />That $22~500 of the 1990 Community Development funds be <br />utilized to effectuate this effort. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, at a meeting held June 12, 1990. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
