42 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPOINTING VIEWERS-FOR CLOSING A PORTION OF <br />FLOWERS STREET. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Biltmore Baptist Church has made application to <br />vacate, close and discontinue the hereinafter-described <br />portion of Flowers Street, and it appearing that Notice of <br />Application and Request for Appointment of Viewers has been <br />advertised as required by law. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City <br />of Portsmouth, Virginia, that Charles Hudgins, Robert Reed, <br />Harrison Miller, Moses Gibson and Clinton Fortune be appointed <br />viewers and that Matthew Peanort and L.Ao Clark, be appointed <br />alternate viewers in the event one of the preceding viewers <br />fai~s tc-partici~pa%~r said viewe~--to view tl%e-her~inaf~e~- <br />described portion of such street and to report to this Council <br />in writing whether in their opinion any, and if any what, <br />inconvenience would result_in vacating and closing the <br />following: <br /> <br /> Flowers Street west from the west side of Noble <br />Street to the east side of Wall Street. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of-Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, at a meeting held June 12, 1990. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
