BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Council of the City of <br />Portsmouth, Virginia that the City Manager be, and he hereby <br />is, instructed to communicate this resolution and the <br />positions expressed herein to the appropriate officials of <br />VDOT and to request that they delay any further implementation <br />towards the construction of the Western Freeway Project <br />pending resolution of the issues noted herein. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and she <br />hereby is, directed to forward copies of this resolution to <br />the Portsmouth Delegation to the Virginia General Assembly. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, at a meeting held December 11, 1990. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
