84 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION GRANTING A USE PERMIT TO INTERSTATE BRANDS <br />CORPORATION, TRADING AS DOLLY MADISON BAKERY, TO OPERATE <br />WHOLESALE DISTRIBUTION CENTER AT 3545 VICTORY BOULEVARD. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, O. Rogers Martin, agent for Interstate Brands <br />Corporation, trading as Dolly Madison Bakery, has made <br />application pursuant to Section 40-71(b) of the Code of the <br />City of Portsmouth, Virginia, 1988, to operate a wholesale <br />distribution center at 3545 Victory Boulevard; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the applicant and the <br />done all things required to be done <br />application; and <br /> <br />Planning Director have <br />in connection witk said <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has recommended the <br />granting of said use permit with conditions. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City <br />of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br />That the use for which the use permit hereinafter <br />described is sought: <br /> <br />(a) <br /> <br />(b) <br /> <br />Will not adversely affect the health and <br />of persons residin~ and working in the <br />neighborhood of the proposed use; <br /> <br />safety <br /> <br />Will not be detr!imental to the public use or <br />injurious to the property and improvements in <br />the neighborhood; and <br /> <br />(c) Will be in accordance with tbs purposes of the <br /> Zoning Chapter of the City Code. <br /> <br />That Interstate Brands Corporation, trading as Dolly <br />Madison Bakery, is hereby granted a use permit <br />pursuant to Section 40-71(b) of the Code of the City <br />of Portsmouth, Virginia, to operate a wholesale <br />distribution center at 3545 Victory Boulevard, such <br />site being more particularly described as follows: <br /> <br /> <br />
