A RESOLUTION GP~NTING APPROVAL FOR A GROUP HOUSING PROJECT <br />PURSUANT TO SECTION 40-55 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF <br />PORTSMOUTH, VIRGINIA, 1988, AS AMENDED, SAID PROJECT <br />CONSISTING OF THIRTY-EIGHT CONDOMINIUM UNITS AND DESIGNATED AS <br />GHP-90-2. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Garcia-Gelardi Development ~orporation has made <br />application pursuant to Section 40-55 of the Code of the City <br />of Portsmouth, Virginia, 1988, as amended, for the granting <br />and approval of a group housing project, designated as <br />GHP-90-2, and consisting of thirty-eight (38) condominium <br />units within eight (8) two-story buildings on portions of the <br />R~ver Pointe Subdivision, said property being on the north <br />side of River Pointe Drive, more particularly described as <br />follows: <br /> <br />GHP-90-2 <br /> <br />Beginning at the northeast intersection of the <br />rIght-of-way lines of River Pointe Drive and Lantern Way; <br />thence north along the east right-of-way line of Lantern <br />Way 255.35'+ to a point; thence east 114.15'+; thence <br />south 299.17' to the north right-of-way line--of River <br />Pointe Drive~ thence west along said right-of-way line <br />127'+ to the east right-of-way line of Lantern Way, the <br />point of beginning.
