it being the intention of the City Council ~o <br />convey a parcel of land totaling 6.3 acres, more or <br />less, in area to the Portsmouth Redevelopment and <br />Housing Authority. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager, in any <br />conveyance of the above-referenced propersy, may reserve for <br />public purposes title to and/or easements in any portions of <br />that property as he deems in the best interest of the City. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manaaer be, and <br />hereby is, authorized to execute such deeds, plats, and other <br />documents as may be necessary to carry out the intent of the <br />resolution. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, at a meeting held December 10, 1991. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
