TABLE 40-52.3 <br />.ALLOWED CONVERSION DWELLING UNITS <br /> <br />LOT SIZE IN SQUARE FEET <br /> <br />NUMBER OF CONVERTED <br /> DWELLING UNITS <br /> <br />PORT NORFOLK <br /> <br /> 5,600 - 11,199 1 <br /> 11,200 and over 3 <br /> <br /> Under no circumstances shah more than three converted units be permitted witkin <br />one existing dwelHng in Port Norfolk. <br /> <br />OLDE TOWNE and PARK VIEW <br /> <br /> 3,480 - 6,959 1 <br /> 6,960 and over 2 <br /> <br /> Under no circumstances shall more than two converted units be permitted within <br />one existing dwelling in Olde Towne and in Park View. <br /> <br /> (d) PARKING. Parking shall be provided in accordance with the requirements <br /> of Parking Group 2, as specified in Section 40-45 of this Chapter. Parking <br /> areas shall be located behind the structure, with access from an alley. If no <br /> alley exists, the spaces shall be arranged on-site, in a manner to have <br /> minimum visual impact on the neighborhood. The provision of such spaces <br /> shall be a condition for the issuance of an occupancy permit. <br /> <br /> (e) WATER AND SEWER SERVICE. Prior to the issuance of a building permit for <br /> the establishment of a conversion dwelling unit in a principal residential <br /> dwelling, approval of the sewage disposal shall be obtained from the <br /> Department of Environmental Services. Wherever determined reasonably <br /> feasible, separate utility meters shall be required. <br /> <br />See. 40-52.4. parking, loading, and signs. <br /> The following off-street parking reo. uirements shall apply in all historic districts: <br /> <br /> (a) Off-street part<lng spaces shall be provided as follows: <br /> <br /> (1) Sil~.gle-fami!y dwellings shall be subject to the requirements of <br /> Parking Group 1. <br /> <br /> (2) Two-family, multi-family and townhouse dwellings shall be subject <br /> to the requirements of Parking Group 2. <br /> <br /> (3) Any other use shah be subject to the requirements of the Parking <br /> Group designated for that use listed in Use Tables 40-43.1-1 and 40- <br /> <br />72 <br /> <br /> <br />
