1991-105 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $140,000.00 FROM THE CAPITAL <br />IMPROVEMENTS FUND FOR ~HE REMOVAL OF SEVERAL UNDERGROUND FUEL <br />STORAGE TANKS, SOIL REMOVAL, AND THE INSTALLATION OF SEVERAL <br />ABOVEGROUND FUEL TANKS. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, that the sum of One Hundred and Forty ~housand <br />Dollars and 00./100 ($140,000.00) Dollars be, and the same <br />hereby is appropriated from the Capital Improvements Fdhd for <br />the ~emoval of underground fuel storage tanks at the Jamestown <br />Avenue Fire Station, the Hodges Ferry Road Fire Station, the <br />Victory Boulevard Fire Station, and the Pinners Point Fire <br />Station, and at the City owned facilities at 2005 Frederick <br />Boulevard, Olive Branch Cemetery, the Craney Island Landfill, <br />the Main Library (601 Court Street), the Cavalier Manor Gym <br />(404 Viking Street) and at Sleepy Hole Park Golf Course and <br />Maintenance Facility; soil removal at the Portsmouth Boulevard <br />Fire Station; and the installation of aboveground fuel tanks <br />at the City owned property at the Sleepy Hole Park Maintenance <br />Facility, the Olive Branch Cemetery, and the Craney Island <br />Landfill. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, at a meeting held December 10, 1991. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
