See. 40-43. I. Use schedules adopted. The Use Schedules, included with the original copy of this ordinance, are hereby adopted. Uses designated "Permitted Use in District" in any district shall be permitted in such district, subject to such conditions'as may be indicated in the "Condition" columm and subjec~ to the other requirements of this Chapter. Uses designated to require a use permit in any district shall be permitted in such district only upon the issuance of a use perwAt in accordance with the procedures and standards of this ordinance, and subject to such conditions as may be indicated in the "Condition" column and subject to the other requirements of this Chapter. Uses designated to require a group housing use permit in any district shall be permitted in such district only upon approval of a group housing use permit by city council Uses not designated as a Permitted Use in District or as requiring a use permit or group housing use permit in a district are not permitted in such district unless otherwise expressly permitted under this Chapter, in accordance with Section 40-43. Sec. 40-43.2. Standard industrial classification numbers. The Industry Group Numbers and Industry Numbers in the 1987 Standard Industrial Classification Manual, published by the U. S. Office of Management and Budget shall be used to determine the zoning district classification of uses when reference is made in the use schedule to a Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Number. Sec. 40-43.3. Orig~na'. use schedules. One copy of the Use Schedules shall be bound in clear plastic and thereafter kept on file without alteration in the Office of the Planning Department. This set shall be called the Original Use Schedule. Additional copies of said Use Schedule shall be filed in the office of the Planning Department and in the office of the building official. Such copies of the Use Schedule shall be altered from time to time so as to indicate amendments adopted by the city council. Each such alteration shall be identified by number to the ordinance authorizing the same. Sec. 40-43.4. Condition~ for specific uses. The following conditions apply to the specified uses, as indicated in the Condition" column on the Use Schedule: (1) Limited to accessory uses and structures which would not create a nuisance or hazard and are customarily incidental to any permitted residential use, such as garages, greenhouses or workshops, provided that none shall be inhabited. (2) Limited to automobile parking operated in conjunction with permitted uses and in accordance with the off-street parking requirements of this ordinance. 16
