1991-96 <br /> <br />ZONING AMENDMENT ORDINANCE Z-91-9 <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia: <br /> <br /> 1. That a portion of the zoning map attached to and <br />made a part of the City of Portsmouth Zoning Ordinance which <br />now zones as Downtown D-1-R (Residential), the property <br />described in Petition for Zoning Amendment Number Z-9I-9, is <br />hereby amended and changed so as to show said property zQned <br />as Downtown D-1-P (Public), and that said property is hereby <br />zoned as Downtown D-t-P (Public). <br /> <br /> 2. The property affected by this ordinance is described <br />as follows: <br /> <br />Z-91-9 <br /> <br />Beginning on the east right-of-way of Washington <br />Street at a point 30'+ south from its intersection <br />with Queen Street; t~ence east along a side lot <br />line 47'+ to a point; thence south 50'+ to a point; <br />thence ~ast 35'+ to a point; thence ~orth 80'+ to <br />the south right-of-way of Queen Street; thence east <br />along said right-of-way 25'+ to a point; thence <br />south 113'~ to a point; thence west 105'+ to the <br />east right-of-way of Washington Street; thence <br />north along said right-of-way 85'+ to the point of <br />beginning. -- <br /> <br /> 3.
