<br />ZONING AMENDMENT ORDINANCE Z-91-5
<br />
<br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth,
<br />Virginia:
<br />
<br /> 1. That a portion of the zoning map attached to and
<br />made a part of the City of Portsmouth Zoning Ordinance which
<br />now zones as Residential RM-60, Residential RM-75, and
<br />Industrial M-2, the properties described in Petition for
<br />Zoning Amendment Z-91-5, is hereby amended so as to show said
<br />properties zoned respectively Residential RS-60, Residential
<br />RS-75, and Industrial M-l-R, all as indicated on the map
<br />designated Exhibit 1, Z-91-5, and prepared by the Planning
<br />Department and on file with the appropriate officials of the
<br />City of Portsmouth, Virginia, said Exhibit 1 being attached
<br />hereto and made a part hereof; and that said property is
<br />hereby zoned respectively Residential RS-60, Residential
<br />RS-75, and Industrial M-1-R.
