Districts and purposes. <br /> <br /> In order to implement the intent of this Chapter, the city is hereby divided into <br />districts with the designations and general purposes listed below and the specifically <br />allowed and permitted uses set forth in this Article III. <br /> <br />See. 40-41.1.
