AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $278,571.00 FROM THE CAPITAL <br />IMPROVEMENTS FUND FOR THE PURPOSE OF PROVIDING IMPROVEMENTS TO <br />PORTSMOUTH'S NEIGHBORHOOD FACILITY RECREATION CENTER ON ELM <br />AVENUE. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, that the sum of Two Hundred Seventy-Eight Thousand, <br />Five Hundred Seventy-One and 00/100 ($278,571.00) Dollars be, <br />and the same hereby is, appropriated from the Capital <br />Improvements Fund for the purpose of providing improvements to <br />Portsmouth's Neighborhood Facility Recreation Center on Elm <br />Avenue. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, at a meeting held August 27, 1991. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
