ZONING AMENDMENT ORDINANCE <br /> <br />Z-91-6 <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia; <br /> <br /> 1. That a portion of the zoning map attached to and <br />made a part of the City of Portsmouth Zoning Ordinance which <br />now zones as Downtown D-2-M (Mixed Use), the property <br />described in Petition for Zoning Amendment Number Z-9t-6, is <br />hereby amended and changed so as to show said property zoned <br />as Downtown D-2-I (Industrial), and that said property is <br />hereby zoned as Downtown D-2-I (Industrial). <br /> <br /> 2. The property affected by this ordinance is described <br />as follows: <br /> <br />Z-9t-6 <br /> <br />Beginning on the north side of High Street at a point 132' <br />east from the east right-of-way of Peninsula Avenue; thence <br />north 230' more or less to the south right-of-way of Queen <br />Street; thence east along said right-of-way 238' to a point; <br />thence south 115' to a point; thence east 5' more or less to a <br />point; thence south 115' to the north right-of-way of High <br />Street; thence west along said right-of-way 30'; thence <br />north 115' to a point; thence west 30' to a point; thence <br />south 115' to the north right-of-way of High Street; thence <br />west along said right-of-way 180' more or less to the point of <br />beginning. <br /> <br /> 3.
