Insofar as it is practical, no less than three (3) <br />businesses shall be solicited to submit quotations. Awards <br />shall be made to the business offering the lowest acceptable <br />quotation. The name of the business submitting the quotation <br />and the date and the amount of such q~otation shall be <br />recorded and maintained as a part of the contract file. <br /> <br /> 6.
