SECTION 14. Adjustments of Retirement Allowances <br /> <br />(a) The adjustments of retirement allowances as prescribed <br /> Sections 30-122 and 30-243 of the Code of the City <br /> Portsmouth',(1988) shall be increased by 4.20%. <br /> <br />SECTION 15. Repeal of Conflicting Ordinance <br /> <br /> Ordinance No. 1990-43 as ammended is hereby repealed. <br />SECTION 16.
