The golf professional of <br /> Portsmouth Sleepy Hole Golf Course may collect <br /> the applicable resident fee from nonresident <br /> members of the Portsmouth Sleepy Hole Golf <br /> Association when such nonresident member has <br /> been certified by the caretaker as having <br /> provided the requisite volunteer time. <br /> <br />(3) Reduction or waiver of fees: The fees for play at City <br />Park Golf Course and Portsmouth Sleepy Hole Golf Course may be <br />reduced or waived for special Occasions, activities or events <br />where such reduction or waiver is specifically approved by the <br />city manager. <br /> <br /> 2.
