AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING FEES FOR ADMISSION TO CITY OF <br />PORTSMOUTH MUSEUMS. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth~ <br />Virginia: <br /> <br /> 1. That the fee for admission to City of Portsmouth <br />Museums shall be one dollar and fifty cents ($1.50) per person <br />for each day. Payment of such fee shall entitle each person <br />to be admitted to any of the museums of the City during normal <br />operating hours on that day. <br /> <br /> 2. That the City Manager be, and hereby is, authorized <br />to establish such regulations as he may deem appropriate for <br />the waiver of the hereinabove stated admission fee. <br /> <br /> 3. That the fee hereby established shall not be <br />applicable to any museum containing exhibitions which by <br />contractual arrangement preclude a fee for admission. <br /> <br /> 4. That all other ordinances or parts thereof in <br />conflict with the provisions of this ordinance are to the <br />extent of such conflict hereby repealed. <br /> <br /> 5.
