AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $400,000.00 FROM THE CAPITAL <br />IMPROVEMENTS FUND TO PROVIDE FUNDS FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT <br />PROJECTS FOR CAPITAL MAINTENANCE OF PUBLIC SCHOOL FACILITIES. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, that the sum of Four Hundred Thousand and 00/100 <br />($400,000.00) Dollars be, and the same hereby is, appropriated <br />from the Capital Improvements Fund to provide funds for <br />capital improvement projects for capital maintenance and <br />upgrading of certain public school facilities. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, at a meeting held April 9, 1991. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
