AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 25 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF <br />PORTSMOUTH, VIRGINIA, 1988, BY AMENDING SECTION 25-148(2)(u) <br />AND (v), PERTAINING TO PARKS AND RECREATION FEES. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia: <br /> <br /> 1. That Section 25-14~[2)(u) and (v) of the Code of the <br />City of Portsmouth, Virginia, 1988, be amended to read as <br />follows: <br /> <br />Section 25-148. Fees. <br /> <br />(2~ Portsmouth Sleepy Hole Golf Course: <br /> <br />(u) <br /> <br />Annual fee-Unlimited play-City <br />resident/primary and secondary <br />school student on weekends and <br />holidays after 2:00 P.M ................... <br /> <br />80.00 <br /> <br />(v) <br /> <br />Annual fee-Unlimited play- <br />Nonresident/primary and secondary - <br />school student on weekends and <br />holidays after 2:00 P.Mir. ................. 126.00 <br /> <br /> 2; That this ordinance shall take effect on the date of <br />its adoption. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, at a meeting held March 12, 1991. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
