(c) The city shall have such other remedies as are and as may from time to time <br /> be provided for or a~lowed by Virginia law for the violation of zoning, <br /> subdivision and other provisions of the City Code. <br /> <br />(d) The city shall have ali';of the enforcement powers and authority granted by <br /> the Code of Virginia. <br /> <br /> All such remedies provided herein shah be cumulative. To the extent that Virginia <br />law may limit the availability of a particular remedy set forth herein for a certain <br />violation or a part thereof, such remedy shall remain available for other violations <br />or other parts of the same violation. <br /> <br />See. 40-183. Crim{nal pe-n~l~ties. <br /> <br /> Any person who violates any of the provisions of this Chapter shall, upon <br />conviction, be guilty of a n'dsdemeanor punishable by a fine of not less than ten ($10) <br />dollars and not more than two hundred fifty ($250) dollars, and each day, after the <br />first, during which such violation continues, shall constitute a separate and <br />punistmble violation of t~his Chapter. <br /> <br />Sees. 40-184 -40-190.
