SECTION 14. Adjustments of Retirement Allowances <br /> <br />(a) <br /> <br />The adjustments of retirement allowances <br />Sections 30-122 and 30-243 of the Code of <br />Portsmouth,(1988) shall be increased by 3.60%. <br /> <br />as prescribed in <br /> the City of <br /> <br />SECTION 15. Repeal of Conflictin~ Ordinance <br /> Ordinance No. 1991-48 as ammended is hereby repealed. <br /> <br />SECTION 16.
