BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that the City of Portsmouth hereby <br />reserves unto itself a perpetual easement, right and privilege <br />to install, maintain, operate, and replace gas mains, sewer <br />mains, sewer drains, sanitary sewers, storm drains, water <br />mains, and telephone wires and electric power lines within, <br />over, under and across the hereinabove described portion of <br />Laigh Road. <br /> <br /> That this ordinance shall take effect on the date of its <br />adoption. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia~ at ~ meeting held April 14, 1992. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
