1992-22 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $300,000.00 FROM THE CAPITAL <br />IMPROVEMENTS FUND FOR THE DEMOLITION OF THE BASEBALL STANDS <br />AND FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO THE FOOTBALL FIELD AT FRANK D. <br />LAWRENCE STADIUM. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, that the sum of Three Hundred Thousand and 00/100 <br />($300,000.00) Dollars be, and the same hereby is, appropriated <br />from the Capital Improvements Fund for the demolition of the <br />baseball stands and for improvements to the football field at <br />Frank D.
