AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $t51~000.00 FROM THE PUBLIC <br />UTILITY CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS FUND FOR THE PURCHASE OF <br />TEMPORARY AND PE~[ANENT EASEMENTS AND RIGHTS-OF-WAY FROM 31 <br />LAND OWNERS ALONG THE ROUTE PROPOSED FOR THE CHURCHLAND WATER <br />TRANSMISSION MAIN. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, that the sum of One Hundred Fifty-One Thousand and <br />00/100 (S151,000.00) Dollars be, and the same hereby is, <br />appropriated from the Public Utility Capital Improvemenns Fund <br />for the purchase of temporary and permanent easements and <br />riDhts-of-way from 31 land owners along the route proposed for <br />the Churchland Water Transmission Main. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council o~ the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, at a meeting held March 24, 1992. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
