ORDIHAI'tCE ilO_ <br /> <br />ZONING AMENDMENT ORDINANCE Z-92-3 <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia: <br /> <br /> 1. That a portion of the zoning map attached to and <br />made a part of the City of Portsmouth Zoning Ordinance which <br />now zones as Residential RS-60 and Residential RS-75, the <br />properties described in Petition for Zoning Amendment Z-92-3, <br />is hereby amended to show said properties zoned respectively <br />Commercial C-1 and Commercial C-2; and that said property is <br />hereby zoned respectively Commercial C-1 and Commercial C-2. <br /> <br /> 2. The properties affected by this ordinance by being <br />zoned Commercial C-1 are described by the following Tax Map <br />and Parcel numbers: <br /> <br />Tax Map 87, Parcel 148; <br />Tax Map 103, Parcels 19 and <br />Tax Map 119, Parcel 67. <br /> <br />20; and <br /> <br /> 3. The properties affected by this ordinance by being <br />zoned Commercial C-2 are described by the following Tax Map <br />and Parcel numbers: <br /> <br />Tax Map 77, Parcel 13; and <br />Tax Map 95, Parcels 85 and 86. <br /> <br /> 4.
