1992-11 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $150,000.00 FROM THE MENTAL HEALTH <br />SERVICES FUND ~O CONTRIBUTE TO THE PORTSMOUTH COMMUNITY <br />SERVICES BOARD'S ~ELOCATION OF T~E GREEN STREET SUBSTANCE <br />ABUSE PROGRAM. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, that the sum of One Hundred Fifty Thousand and <br />00/100 ($150,000.00) Dollars be, and the same hereby is, <br />appropriated from the Mental Health Services Fund to <br />contribute to the Portsmouth Community Services Board's <br />relocation of the Green Street Substance Abuse Program. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, at a meeting held February 11, 1992. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
