1992-10 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE ~0 APPROPRIATE $155,602.00 FROM THE CAPITAL <br />IMPROVEMENTS FUND FOR THE RESTORATION OF HEAT AND REPAIR OF <br />THE BOILER AND RELATED SYSTEMS AT.THE CIVIC CENTER. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, that the sum of One Hundred Fifty-five Thousand Six <br />Hundred and Two and 00/100 ($155,602.00) Dollars be, and the <br />same hereby is, appropriated from the Capital Improvements <br />Fund for the abatement of asbestos, the repair of damages to <br />the Civic Center boiler and the rental of a temporary boiler, <br />and air monitoring. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, at a meeting held February 11, 1992. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
